Benjamin Custom Homes, LLC completed the construction of their 5 unit high efficiency eco-friendly modern homes near Seattle's Hitts Hill Park in Columbia City. Benjamin Custom Homes LLC, broke ground on bCh-3715, a 2900sf single family home, near Seattle's Mt. Baker neighborhood, just south of Hunter's Blvd. bCh-3715 is sited on a lot that is sloped to the west.
