ecoBUILDERS, LLC acquired a single family zoned lot in late
2012. The site is located on a dead end street and backs up to a green belt to
the east. ecoBuilds, LLC worked with HyBrid Architecture to design and permit the site for a 3500sf highly efficient modern home offering 3BR/2.4Bth, 2 car garage and a large roof-top deck. This home has views of downtown Seattle skyline and on a clear day, views of Mt. Rainier to the south. The location has walk score of 83 indicating most errands can be accomplished on foot.
The exterior appearance of the home is modern and edgy.
